TRUE TEMPER DynaLite Gold SL Iron shaft w/ Sensicore

True Temper DynaLite Gold SL Iron Shaft with Sensicore: This unique shaft design, which has a 1.25" step pattern, delivers identical ball flight, control and feel as the popular DynaLite Gold but is 20% lighter to promote increased clubhead speed and improved distance. The shaft also features shock-absorbing Sensicore inserts that absorb up to 70% of a club's vibration at impact.

Great shafts for irons and wedges
Date: January 18, 2009
I have these shafts in my 675C irons and my 655 TM Black wedges. They help me increase my ball flight and they feel great. The Sensicore helpes eliminate some of the vibration of mis-hits and they produce a very solid feel on shots that are solidly struck. I had all my shafts SST PURED when I purchased them from Golfsmith so they are super consistent. I also like the weight of these shafts and every club feels the same because I installed them in both my irons and wedges. Most wedges feel to heavy so I used to leave alot of shots to the right. That is when I decided to put them in my wedges as well. What a difference :-). I would highly recommend these shafts to people who are looking to increase their ball flight and are looking for a lighter weight steel shaft with vibration control. These are excellent shafts.

Good shafts
Date: November 4, 2008
I bought this shaft to replace the stiff version of the same shaft in a TaylorMade hybrid. I'm a novice and although I have the strength for a faster swing, I'm working on consistency by slowing things down. This shaft seemed to be the exact same design as the stiff version, but cut lower so the taper starts a couple inches higher up the shaft. I was concerned about having too low a kick point (and too high a trajectory) with the more flexible shaft, so this was a perfect compromise. I've only played one round with it, but so far I'm happy and will be changing my other hybrids. I also like the SensiCore enough that I'm using the inserts in my irons the next time I regrip.

Perfect

I put these shafts on a set of Tom Wishon 770 irons and they fell incredible. I put a midsize whisper grip and I feel the great shots and the poor shot shocks are not bad. They feel almost as light as graphite but with steel dispersion. My distance is a club or two longer and my accuracy (when struck well) is incredible. I just bought a set of Callaway fusions w/graphite shafts and I am getting ready to put these shafts on that set as well. I have found a winner and I am going to stick with it.

If the Dynamic Gold steel shafts feel a little harsh but a graphite shaft is a little to lite this is the shaft for you.
I like the accuracy of steel but I also like a little kick at the ball to give me the higher trajectory I desire. I also like the slightly dampening feel of graphite hence the sensicore. This shaft was made for guys like me.
I get the distance of graphite with the feel of sensicore steel.
They are perfect for my game. I am very pleased with them. I put them in my set of Snake Eyes forged XC Irons.
