CHAMP Scorpion Stinger Q-Lok Spikes
Champ Scorpion Stinger Q-Lok Spikes: Enjoy improved performance traction with Champ's enhanced spike technology. These spikes come with an innovative wear indicator so you'll never lose precious traction. The bottom of the spike is equipped with a black "C." As the spike wears, the "C" will become less and less visible, letting you know when it's time to replace it. Each package includes 22 soft spikes. Q-LOK - Eliminates the traditional threaded system for fastening spikes to shoes. Makes spike replacement a breeze.

It took only two rounds for the yellow spikes to start breaking off. Less than three weeks later all of the yellow spikes in the primary stress areas were gone. Will never buy again.

Seems I'm not alone

I have had three pairs of shoes (Nikes) that came with this type of spike. After one round a spike had fallen off. Replaced it and it didn't last even one round. After the remainder of the spikes became worn, I bought replacement spikes and lost several of them after just a few rounds. They offer decent traction but why spend lots of time and money replacing ill-designed spikes. I will only buy Footjoy shoes with spikes that last and don't fall off from now on.

A couple of years ago I was given a set of these spikes by one of my son in laws. I tried them and lovd them. When I bought the Nike SP-8 shoes I was excited to know that these spikes come standard on them. T think that these spikes last as long as most of the ones on te market today.

These spikes are easily the best you can get if you are serious about your game. If you want the best traction for any conditions, then the CHAMP Scorpion Stinger spikes are most definitely for you.

These spikes are the original equipment on Nike Golf shoes for a reason. I get great traction. Just a glance at the spikes will let you know when you need replacements. And they are simple to replace.

I have an older pair of Etonic shoes that needed spikes (missing and wore out).Pro shop only had screw in type of soft spikes. I founds the Q-LOK at Golfsmith and with the new wrench they installed easily and give great traction. I like the Scorpion Stinger type of spike better then traditional soft spikes.
