Probably the best spikes for durability

I have gone through a set of these, but it took about 6 months till they were broken out. Even then, they still had enough spikes to grip the ground. However, with the "scorpio" spikes, they just tear apart is a couple weeks, not even that. Although these are quite expensive, and you can get them cheaper from a local store that buys these by the boxful, its still worth the investment. It can make a bad shoe work like a good shoe, as im using FJ Greenjoys for 2 years, and ive playen over 30 hours a week, walking, a couple of times.

Not the origional soft spikes on the shoes, others were out of stock, but they work well.

The Perfect Replacement

The "Pulsar Fast-Twist Spikes" are the perfect replacement spikes for all of the Footjoys golf shoes that I own. The same soft spikes that came on the shoes, so there is no problem when replacement is needed. Highly recommend these soft spikes when you need a change of spikes for your Footjoys.

I hate them!

After spending the better part of a half hour removing them, using both a spike wrench and a pair of pliers, I have sworn to never buy these spikes again. Dirt gets under them and clogs the twist mechanism. or whatever you call it. Luckily the shoes have almost had it, so I am going to replace them with the same, since I already got the new spikes, and then toss the shoes when the spikes wear down. They are durable, no doubt, but I'm sticking with the Champ Stingers from now on.

Cons: Difficult to Use, impossible to remove

The only spikes I'll buy

After having lots of problems losing other spikes I remembered that I had never lost a Pulsar soft spike. I have worn them out and replaced them but never had one or more just fall off. These are the ONLY spikes I will buy until metal spikes come back. I'm not holding my breath for that one.

I absolutely love these spikes. They are the best spikes I have ever used.
I have been playing golf for forty years, and have used many other types of spikes. The Pulsar soft spikes wear better than any other type of spike I have used to date, and are far more comfortable. In addition, they are very easy to install and securely lock into place.

these are the best spikes that i have used other then steel, they seam to hold up well and do not let my feet move more then nessary during a swing.

Great spikes

I needed to regrip my clubs and wanted to spend a little more money to avoid the shipping fees. I thought why not re-spike my summer pair of white Footjoys. When I play I ride a cart due to a bad knee, hip, and back, but I put my shoes on at home and keep them on until I return. (Yes I can drive in them, and its even a manual transmission). I walk through golf course parking lots and on the sidewalks around the clubhouses. After 27 rounds this past summer (and at least as many trips to the range) I figured the Pulsar Softspikes were probably shot. I checked and they're still in great shape! There's a little bit of twisting on the toe spikes of both shoes, but all the tines are there and they are not worn down. Wow, well worth the money....and now I have to find something else to spend money on to avoid the shipping fees. Oh darn.

Great spikes. I walk a lot and they dont sem to wear out as fast as some other spikes do. i love the fast-twist system. Really good traction.
