Frogg Togg Chilly Pad Sports Towel The Frogg Togg Chilly Pad Sports Towel is great for anyone spending time in the heat. It's made of a hyper-evaporative material measuring 33 x.13 inches and can be used for cooling down and toweling off. Simply wet the towel with water, wring it out and the Chilly Pad Sports Towel will stay considerably cooler than the air temperature for up to 4 hours (depending on conditions). As the towel dries, simply rewet it, wring it out again and it cools down immediately. It's machine washable and reusable. A must for your sports bag whether you're a participant or spectator.

It really works!!

After looking into the towels that snap and their bad reviews, I decided to go with this product, after reading the few glowing reviews. It comes in a tube with cap that you can store it in, you rinse and it cools within a minute, and stays cool for hours! It really does work and I was amazed! We used this on a humid trip lately and it helped cool us down. You can put around your neck, around your shoulders, on your lap! It's also washable which is great. I wish i could get it back to its original softness when dried but that's ok, you can roll it back in a ziplock or it's tube when not in use. It will dry hard so consider the shape you leave it in when you dry it out.

I was skeptical when I read the description, but as soon as I got the Chilly Pad, I took it out of the package to examine it. Just from the humidity in the air, It started getting cold! I've never felt anything like it.
I haven't put it through any type of "performance" test yet; i.e., out in the field. But I deploy to Iraq in a few weeks. If it works this well over there, I recommend every soldier get one of these. This thing is amazing!

Tried the chilly pad on one of the hottest days this year, and it worked great, just keep it wet with water and it stayed cool and absorbed moisture from my hands and forehead. Keep me cool during the hottest times. Good product and would recommend it to anyone.

My husband not only uses the chilly pad when he's golfing, he uses it EVERYWHERE! When the A/C went out in his building while the temperature was 98 degrees outside, my husband stayed cool with the chilly pad. it's great for any event: yard work, football games, barbeques... We love it!
