Never leave a club on the green again.
Date: June 17, 2009
This bag keeps your clubs organized and saves your grips. You will never leave a club behind on the green again. You can instantly see that you have all your clubs. Works great on both driving cart and pull cart. My regular clubs and hybrids fit perfectly. The only negative is oversize grips might not fit.

Excellant Bag
Date: April 23, 2009
The Bag Boy Revolver cart bag is an excellant product. The full lenght sleves allows you to store / remove each club with ease. I do not take advantage of the shaft "clips" at the top of each slot, but this option is available for those who might want a more secure fit during travel.
The revolving top of the bag is more of a gimmick, but does not effect the use of the bag if you want the top to remain in a fixed position. I do find that a golfer will be limited as to the grip size of their putter if it is kept inside the bag. I perfer a jumbo pistol style grip and have no problem securing my putter inside the bag, but the slot would not accommadate one of the newer styles such as the Two Thumb. There are outside "clips" on each side of the Bag Boy Revolver to secure the putter on the outside, but I do not care for this option.
All said, this is the best golf bag I've ever owned.

Great Bag
Date: April 14, 2009
This is the best designed bag I have ever seen. There is nothing I would change. Everthing has a place with a ton of pockets. With all the room I need, the bag is still not too big. It is no bigger then my other bags. The revolving top is the feature that catches your eye but all the other features are what makes the bag great. The way my clubs lock into place, I can never live without this feature again.

been using it for 3 weeks (3+ rounds a week) and really like the bag. love the way the clubs lock in place & dont rattle & strike each other. the 2 putter holders are also a big plus as is the tee hoder & the insulated pockets. the only negative is the smaller size pockets which have proven to be enough. I also enjoy the wallet/phone pocket! needless to say, being able to revolve the clubs is a plus you dont appreciate untill you try it.
Pros: Quality, Easy to Use, Good Value, Features
Cons: smaller pockets

This is the most convenient bag I've ever owned. I even got one for my brother and my wife. It is very difficult to lose a club if you use this bag and that alone is worth the price.

Wife had to have one
Date: December 17, 2008
My wife bought me one a year ago and now I just bought her one for Christmas. A couple buddies had to buy one too.
These bags are the best. I don't want to ever have to think about not having a bag without the revolver system (I call it the lazy Susan bag)
After over a year and 125+ rounds it hasnt skipped a beat. Cubs go in and out like a hot knife thru butter and the revolver mechanism works perfect. This bag was well thought out. From the assist handles in the right spot to lift bag in and out of vehicle to the insulated pockets and the grab hooks (for golf car straps) this bag is the bomb.
Pros: Quality, Durability, Easy to Use, Good Value, Features
Cons: no cons what so ever, if it only made me putt better

New Bag for Old Man
Date: November 9, 2008
I decided to buy a new bag after a young guy asked me "Sir How Long Have You Had that Bag" I said longer than you have been born son, thus for my purchase.
I bought this bag because of the good reviews.
Workmanship was pretty good except one of the club clips doesn't hold, minor flaw. The cooler pockets are a little small, but should work fine for beverages. The other negative is the putter clip although it works well and provides easy access it doesn't provide any protection a tube might be better.
There are plently of pockets and the rotation device works well. I really like the strap tender and the pocket to hold keys and change.

Good Product
Date: October 29, 2008
This bag is overall a good bag. I bought it because I wanted a slightly bigger bag to use with my Sun Mountain cart. I'd been using a stand cart and it wasn't quite big enough. This bag appeared to be bigger without being overwelming. I also really liked the locking slots to do away with bag chatter. The bag looked good when I got it and seems to be well made. I have slightly longer clubs and my grips are overwrapped. The only problems I have had is that one of the locking slots wasn't shapped quite the same as the rest. It didn't want to accept the shaft very well at first. But i've been able to get it to work better now. Also, with my overwrapped grips, 2 of the holes are a little tight and rub badly as I pull the clubs out. I should be able to gring down the holes enough that it won't be a problem any more. The bag has completely eliminated club chatter which I love.
Pros: Quality, Good Value
Cons: not designed for oversize grips

It's about time

I played with a friend back in Michigan this summer who had this bag. I loved the idea.
After searching my local golf stores, I could not find one locally. So, after calling my friend and getting the particulars, I went online and saw that Golfsmith had them.
After my bag came in, I brought it to one of my local Pro shops to show them what they were missing out on. One of the more senior teaching pro's insists by next spring, they will have them on display for others to see.
I absolutely love my new bag. It keeps everything organized and in it's place.
Every time I play I get comments on the "idea" of the rotating bag. Everyone loves it and I highly recommend this product.

Recieved bag and upon initial inspection thought I liked it. The revolving top spins too easily in this humble golfers opinion. Took the bag to local Golfsmith retailer who happily allowed me to trade it for a bag more to my liking.

Date: September 8, 2008
This is a great bag. There are a lot of pockets for everything, although, some are small but for the amount of pockets they are ok. The main problem I have is that it is top heavy when trying to carry it using the shoulder strap. Without the rain hood, I nearly lost all the clubs. But, for the price and the quality you can't beat this bag.

I hate to disagree, but .....
Date: July 27, 2008
I hate to disagree with another golfer who obviously is well-informed. However, with all due respect, my experience with the Bag Boy Revolver Cart Bag has been quite good. As usual with a Bag Boy bag, the quality is quite good. I love the revolver and the large number of pockets on the bag. The locking mechanism for my clubs has worked perfectly for me so far.
I really like the handles on the front ot the bag -- they make it very easy to move the bag from my truck to the cart and back. Also, I like having 2 umbrella pockets (one for my umbrella and the other for my club's mister umbrella). The pockets for them are large and, yes, I like that they are pockets, not straps.
That's not to say it's perfect, assuming anything can be perfect. Although you have a large number of pockets, the ones on the sides are a little tight. However, the ones on the front are of a good size, and are well-designed and constructed. Another issue I've found is that when I have an umbrella in the pocket next to where the cart strap lock is located, the revolver has difficulty working. Maybe it's just me, but I've taken the umbrella out to test it, and the revolver works perfect then. Maybe it's best to just move the umbrella to the other side (put it on the right when the bag is on the left side of the cart, etc).
Despite it's few issues, the Revolver Bag is the best golf bag I've ever owned. If you like having a lot of places to store "stuff", want your clubs protected from banging around, want easy access to your clubs, and want a well-constructed bag, I would recommend this one to you.

This has been a wonderful cart bag. I can arrange my clubs in order, and click them into place without having to worry about them banging into one another. I have to admit, I am very spoiled to have beer coolers built into the bag, as well as two putter holders on the outside. There are sooo many pockets, I can move my house into the bag!!!! I enjoy being able to spin the top of the bag around to pick my clubs without having to dig all over the bag!!! There are hand holders all over the bag to enable easy carrying access from any position. There are two umbrella holders as well. Awesome bag!!! Definitely would reccomend over all other bags........ My name is Stevo and I approve of this message.

I found this bag very functional. It has plenty of pockets, just not very roomy. You may need a shoe bag for your shoes, but there is plenty of room for everything else. Small inconvenience for all the other great features. I have many different brand clubs in the bag and it holds them all very securely. I have only played 36 rounds with it but so far so good. I love the bag.

A Failed Idea
Date: March 17, 2008
I just left my Bag Boy Revolver bag by the dumpster because it failed to deliver on any promise. The problems with the bag are many.
1) Because it has a hard round insert to support the revolver mechanism, it has no side pocket space at all. It has pockets but you can only put gloves in them.
2) The revolver idea revolves, but the clubs bang into one another or the putter constantly.
3) Finally, the club inserts that are supposed to secure clubs are inconsistently manufactured so they don't hold tightly or in some cases not at all.
While the materials used in this bag are excellent, the design does not meet Bag Boy's high standards.
