16 ounces fills this cup full to the rim. No way no how is it going to hold 20 oz.

If it didn't leak slightly while drinking with the top on I would give it a perfect rating. In spite of the slightly inferior seal It does keep your beverag hot or cold for a long time. Also very comfortable to handle.
Pros: Easy to Use, Good Value, Features
