THESE IRONS ARE EASY TO HIT, BY FAR THE BEST IRONS I'VE EVER PLAYED. IF YOU WANT TO IMPROVE YOUR GAME, BUY A SET OF THESE APEX PLUS IRONS. I PLAY AS A 9 NORMALLY, AND I CAN SEE THAT I'M GETTING BETTER EVERYTIME I SEND SOLID SHOTS DOWN RANGE. THE PRICE ALONE SHOULD MOVE YOU TO BUY A SET.

Great Irons!

Wow, what a deal! These are great irons and I love them. I don't get to play as much as I want to and my Mizuno blades were not giving me any help. Great look, great feel and forgiveness too. Get them while they last.

Had the Hogan Apex '06 blades and just picked these up...still that great forged feel but more forgiving. A great iron from a trusted name in golf... What a steal for $399! Get these before the Hogan line is truly phased out - you won't be disappointed.

Very Nice Irons

I was playing Cleveland TA1 blades as I used to play all the time and was about a 2 handicapper. Since I now play probably 1 or 2 times a month and hit balls about the same and just not as good as I used to be so I needed a change to somehting a little easier to hit. I decided to get the Hogans after hitting a few different sets and have had great success, as I can still work the ball in either direction just as easy as with blades, but my misses are much more forgiving. Very classic look to the club as well, would recommend to anyone! Not to mention a steal for a brand new set for under 400 dollars!

As solid a hit as you will find. These clubs are elegant, great craftmanship, and a steal at the price offered by GolfSmith. They are one club longer than cavity backs and have a penetrating ball flight. Get them while they last.

Great Irons

I've been playing Hogans for the past 5 years and for a reason. Took me from a 18 to a 9.5 index (and trending lower!). A true game improvement iron. They helped me learn how to fade and draw the ball while being more forgiving than a true blade. And when you hit it pure it is magic.
They do tend to get nicked up a bit but that hasn't impacted the performance. I would recommend for anyone between 8-20 handicap.
