LYNX Black Cat Tour DC Iron Head

Lynx Black Cat Tour DC Forged Irons DC (Deep Cavity) provides more forgiveness on off-center hits for middle handicap players looking to take their game to the next level. Lynx Black Cat Tour Milled DC and MC models optimize weight distribution for their given sizes. Machine milling removes needless weight from the upper areas of the cavity and allows more mass to be placed in the low and rear/center of the cavity for a deep Center of Gravity (CG). This maximizes ball flight and trajectory for each club in the set. Offering a deeper cavity and a thin 2.0mm upper face thickness, Lynx's DC model is a mid-size undercut perimeter weighted design that provides the forgiveness of a larger sweet spot for off-center hits. CNC Milling The deep cavity is created by utilizing CNC machine milling, bringing advantages to the design not possible through traditional forging manufacturing. Precise Control The low center of gravity (CG) provided by the undercut cavity and thin, 2

Lynx forged DC/MC

These heads are the answer for someone looking for THAT forged soft feel, but the forgiveness (highter MOI) of the cavity back.
The DC's are very easy to "get up" and and the bolder topline gives you a solid confidence look.
The MC's have the classic blade look at setup and still the maintains the playability of the cavity back.

Great Looks and Super Feel
Date: August 9, 2007
Made several sets of the LYNX Black Cat Tour DC Irons for customers over the last year, and so far all feedback is extremely positive. I initially made a demo set and played a few rounds with them myself. Found them to be a great feeling club with similar distances as my Snake Eyes Viper Ti-steel, but on a slightly lower trajectory and a little more workable. When my Ti-steels wear out I'll probably replace them with the BC Tour DCs, just for the enhanced workability.

After building a demo 5-iron for one of my players, we took it to the range. Both of us were amazed. The large size head, very thin face, and deep cavity produced great forgivness on off-center hits. Near-center impacts were the longest iron shots I have ever made, and the forged 1035 carbon steel has an awesome feel.
We both have these clubs in our bag now!

This is the best set of forged cavity irons available to purchase right now for a mid to low handicapper. As a clubmaker. we have made several sets and all the response has been terrific and we continue to get great feedback on these irons. I have played a demo of these irons and being a scratch player can see why the clubs are getting such high praise. They are very easy for a mid and even a high handicapper to strike the ball and the feel is terrific. I would recommend that any mid to low handicap player could play these and get the results you have been missing on your present set of irons. I cannot say enough good things about these clubs. We have been custom building for over 16 years and this has to be the best set to come out in years that we can really recommend to a mid handicapper and know they will get the dsesired results. You can really work the ball with these clubs also and pull fades and draws with no problems. It just does not get any better than this.
