Custom F-50 3 wood
Date: May 15, 2009
I recently upgraded from a stock 14* Ping G2 to a mizuno f-50 15* 3 wood with a 83g diamana blueboard stiff flex and I have to say there is a world of difference. I made the switch after getting a diamana blueboard 73g x-stiff installed on my driver and adding 25 yards of carry. The combination of the performance shaft and ultra-light composite head make for a really impressive club. I hit my old 3 wood about 265 carry off the tee (250 off the deck) and the f-50 added 10 yards of carry and is exponentially more forgiving on mishits. This was the real selling point for me.
To anyone out there looking for a little more distance off the tee, my advice would be to NOT buy the brand new, most expensive club on the market and swing as hard as you can. Instead, find a clubhead that suits your eye, get fitted for a proper shaft and watch the ball fly.
Now make the putt
Pros: Quality, Easy to Use, Good Value, maximum forgiveness, super long

Great Clubs
Date: July 21, 2008
These are great clubs for all skill level, ball just jumps off the face, easy to get in the air. It replaced my Ping G2, but I lost about ten yards but the accuracy is well worth the few yard loss.
