Well worth the price. They look & setup great. Won't be needing my woods anymore, ball flys off the 3-4 iron like a rocket. Have played 10 rounds and still no scratches! Better than cavity backs, but not as difficult as blades. Been playing for 20 years...no doubt these are the best I've ever hit.

Best Nike Irons to date

I recently purchased the nike VR split cavity's and I love them. Before buying these I played the Nike CCI's cast and i was looking for more feel and workability. These irons fit the bill. They provide instant feedback on miss hits and are easy to work the ball. And when you hit the ball pure, the ball flies... These are a great set of irons and are worth the money..

I just received my new Victory Red Irons from Golfsmith and could not be happier. I have been able to play a few rounds with them and already feel very comfortable and confident with them. These irons are MUCH better than Nikes last few models of irons. I used to play Nike Pro Combos, then 2 years ago decided to switch to Titleist 755's. After hitting the VR's I realize how much I really missed my Nike irons. The VR's are smooth and more forgiving than the 755's. Not to mention each club looks like a piece of art, you can see yourself in the polished chrome. I don't think anyone can touch Nike quality. When I traded my Pro Combos in after 3 years of use they still looked new, my 755's did not hold up nearly as well after only 2 seasons. These Nike irons will be in my bag looking good for a long, long time. Thanks Golfsmith for the quick service as these clubs are not even in stores yet but are already in my bag.

THE SPLIT CAVITY FORGED IRONS ARE THE MOST WORKABLE, YET FORGIVING SET OF FORGED IRONS NIKE HAS YET TO PRODUCE, THEY ARE EXTREMELY SOFT, GREAT TO LOOK AT AND PRODUCE A PENETRATING BALL FLIGHT. THESE WOULD EASILY SUIT EVERYONE FROM A SCRATCH PLAYER TO A +15 HANDICAP. FALL IN LOVE WITH NIKE ON THESE!!! SHOT THE LOWEST ROUND OF MY LIFE FIRST DAY OUT WITH THEM!!! 77 AND MISSED 3 BIRDIE PUTTS TO BOOT!!! GIVE THESE A TRY!!!
