NICKENT 4DX Fairway Wood with Graphite Shaft

Nickent 4DX Fairway Wood with Graphite Shaft The little brother to the 4DX Driver will make a name for itself even in the shadows of the larger, more athletic sibling. The new 4DX Fairway Wood from Nickent Golf utilizes brazing technology, a new innovation that allows a manufacturer to fuse steel and tiatnium without using epoxy. Because a stainless steel face is far and away the best material for the performance of a fairway wood, Nickent decided the best plan of action was to take their super thin .4 mm titanium crown and braze it with 17-4 stainless steel, a proven performer in fairway wood design. By replacing the crown with their super thin titanium technology, and because the titanium weighs 5 times less than a steel crown, Nickent was able to significantly raise the MOI (moment of inertia) and make the face have a larger sweet spot. The XW Inserts provide 16 grams of weight to be adjusted in 2-gram increments by the manufacturer for directional control and swing weight

Great fairway wood
Date: July 1, 2009
I have been searching for a 3 wood that is easy to hit and carries well. I've been looking for 2 years and bought some really poor clubs. This one will be in my bag from now on. I love the set-up and the look as well as the distance when you hit it. This has become my favorite club.
Pros: Quality, Durability, Easy to Use, Good Value, Features

I was nervous about switching from callaway to Nickent, but have been pleased. The driver and fairway woods have improved my accuracy and flight trajectory.

Best Fairway wood.
Date: July 16, 2007
The Nickent 4DX fairway wood is quite simply the best fairway wood I have used. The 15 deg loft plays more like a 5 wood in ease to hit. The UST V72 shaft is a perfect match. I strongly recommend this club for those who occasionally lose confidence in their drives and need a club for 225-250 shots into the green.

Another great club from Nickent!
Date: July 12, 2007
After considering the Ping G5, Callaway X15, Titleist and Cobra, I finally settled on the Nickent 4DX because it felt so solid when I demo'd it and it looks great at address. I took it out this afternoon and used it all day in lieu of my driver. What a club! The ball jumps off the club face and the trajectory was great - both from a low tee and off the ground. I've been playing Nickent hybrids for a year and I wanted a few extra yards over and above my 2H, hence my 3wd purchase today. Good for 260-270 off the tee, it fills the gap perfectly between my 2H and driver. Strongly recommended. *Note - though GOLF magazine didn't exactly give this club a ringing endorsement, I've got no problem recommending it, and money is no object when it comes to my clubs. My buddy tried it as well, and he striped it right down the middle of the fairway. If you haven't tried Nickent, you should - these guys know what they're doing.
