Great putter

This putter is very well balanced. Easy to line up with the hole. Played with it for 6 rounds and so for no three putts. Very pleased .

Two-Ball

I had this putter before my Scotty Cameron Newport (That's another review). This really was a great putter, and alignment was almost a sixth sense. The two-ball design really helps you see the right line. With the XG insert, impact is really soft. The XG Winn grip is great and durable. I only switched to the blade because I got more confidence sinking the putts with a smaller head. By the way, what is that poker chip thing that comes with this putter? A ball mark?

Looking to Improve your Putting??

I purchased the Odyssey White Hot 2-Ball putter with the distinct purpose of improving the putting aspect of my game...and I haven't been disappointed. After only a few short sessions on the practice green and a few rounds, I find that I have a better feel for the stroke than I do with my custom blade putter. It's easier to align the putter to the line I want to take and follow that line through the putt without opening/closing the club face. I've been on all types of greens...slow, bumpy and those that are like putting on the slope of a glacier, all with much better results than I've had before. The swing weight is very good and I'm losing my tendency to ground the putter on the backstroke...something that absolutely destroys the shot. It IS a significant investment to be sure, but if you're not trying to improve at this game, why do you play?

The Red X is gone for good!!!!

I replaced a Red X putter with the XG 2-Ball. From the start I did not like the Red X (Gift). The 2-Ball was sweet from the get-go. I'm not one to change putters. I had my last putter(not counting the X) for 9 years. This 2-Ball thing feels like it might be the last putter I'll ever own.
