PING G10 Hybrid with Graphite Shaft

PING G10 Hybrid with Graphite Shaft The PING 17-4 stainless steel G10 hybrid is engineered with a sloped crown to create a high-launching, solid feeling, versatile alternative to mid and long irons. Six lofts provide replacement options from the No. 1-iron through No. 6-iron in addition to fairway woods. Discretionary weight from the crown and face is combined into a weight pad running parallel to the ground that positions the CG (center of gravity) low and back to increase launch angle and reduce spin. The variable face thickness design is machined and plasma welded for higher ball velocity and consistent response across the hitting area. Features: Sloped crown and large weight pad parallel to ground optimizes CG location for higher launch Sole relief and increased bounce-height for versatility Thin crown reinforced with radial rib design for solid feel and sound PING TFC 129H shaft Note: ProForce V2 shaft option indicates the HL (High Launch) model

G10 Hybrid has great looks
Date: October 30, 2009
To me as a 14 handicapper, confidence is half the battle.
The Ping G10 hybrid has low profile, generous face width,
and minimum offset. That gives me confidence to hit the ball high and on target.

Beats any other hybrid I've hit. Easy to swing, high trajectory. Better than the G 15 in my opinion.

I have had great sucess with the perfect club collection but, after a reduction in prices, went to the the Ping G10-18,21, and 24 degree hybrids to my complete satisfaction. Easy to hit, but more important, great out of the rough and bad lies, great clubs.

Best Hybrid EVER!!!!!!!
Date: August 15, 2009
This is the most forgiving hybrid on the market! I hit it off of the toe and it worked itself in to the general direction and same with the heel. It has the distance of a fairway wood, as forgiving as the Nike Sumo 5900 driver, and as playable as a hybrid (which it is). I don't think anything will ever beat it.

Long & Straight
Date: July 31, 2009
This Hybrid is very long, I have the 21 degree and hit it 215 of the tee. I like the length of the shaft on this hybrid, before this one I had a taylormade burner who's shaft was way to long for a hybrid. This club is great to use on a hole that you need to hit the fairway. It has a nice mid trajectory.

G10 Hybrid
Date: July 10, 2009
Ordered the 18 degree G10 Hybrid with Graffaloy Prolaunch Red Shaft and just received it today. Couldn't wait to take it to the range as I made my purchase based on the reviews and the fact I have the G10 Driver. I could not believe how easy and how straight this club is. Incredible! Ball explodes off the face. Seriously considering swapping out my 3 wood for G10 3 Wood. Totally satisfied with my purchase and cannot wait to take it to the course.

If you are tired of bladed long irons and slices off the fairway, I would recommend going to this Hybrid. The most difficult part was to actually slow down your swing - it has the distance, you just need the contact.

Ping G10 Hybrid 18 deg
Date: June 20, 2009
Great feel and distance with the 18 degree hybrid with the TFC stiff shaft I added to my bag. I'm consitently hitting it 225 yards
I'm thinking about replacing my 3/4 iron now with a 21 or 24 degree stiff shaft with the TFC shaft. Leaning towards the 24 degree and leaving the 4 iron in my bag for getting out from under tress when in the rough.
Time to go hit them both!

Love this Club
Date: June 11, 2009
I won an 18 degree G10 Hybrid last year at an outing and it has become my go to club for any shot between 170 - 185 yards. I can't tell you the last time I hit a 3 or 4 iron. This club is forgiving and you can shape your shots with a little practice. it has shaved at least 5 to 7 strokes a round off my scores and my greens hit in regulation have almost doubled. If your looking for a great hybrid spend your money on this one.

Easy to hit Hybrid
Date: April 10, 2009
I have 3 different Ping G10 hybrids. They are all excellent clubs. All hits feel solid. Even off center hits get good carry. The club looks good to my eyes at set-up. I do not like hybrids with offset club faces. This club does not have an offset. In summary, it is very easy to hit.

Date: March 31, 2009
Amazingly forgiving club. I purchased the 32 degree to use off the tee on par 3's as i struggle to hit irons off the tee. WHAT A GOOD CHOICE. First ball i hit went off the toe of the club, still went straight and far. Best club I have ever hit, Ill be sure to buy more ping clubs for now on.

Finally Targeting In on Long Iron Shots
Date: January 2, 2009
For years my long irons shots goal was not to put myself in trouble which would lead to bogey or double bogey. I purchased the Ping G10 hybrid with Graphite shaft 18 degree and my accuracy has improved by 30% over my long iron shots before. My thoughts are more toward getting the ball close to the pin.

G10 Hybrid
Date: November 15, 2008
I recent bought a G10 hybrid 21 degree to replace my low profile Orlimar 21 (seven metal). I love it! The shaft is short so it is easier to control than the seven metal. It is extremely forgiving on off-center hits and works much better from the rough than my Orlimar. I have ordered the 24, 28 and 31 degree models to complete my set. I highly recommend these game savers!

Great Club, consistent
Date: October 30, 2008
I went and did a fitting looking for a hybrid to fill my gap between my 3 Iron max 215 yards, and my 3 wood 260 yards. I hit 9 different hybrids and narrowed it down to the adams and the ping. Choose the ping just because of the way it looked. I hit them both the same distance consistently, and they had the same spin rate. Took it out on the course, and I got what I was looking for. 235 to 240 consistent every time. Great feel, comes off the face very nice, feel like I can feel it nice and soft off my hands. Great club!
