PING G15 Fairway Wood

PING G15 Fairway Wood The elongated, low profile design of the G15 Fairway Wood offers a long, forgiving option for golfers who rely on the confidence of a larger head. An external weight pad on the sole of the stainless steel head positions the center-of-gravity low and farther back to provide higher trajectories and increased distance. Its low spin feature is the result of the low profile design. Also available in a Draw model. Shaft Options: TFC 149F Shaft: Premium graphite shaft designed by PING utilizes lightweight materials and features progressive weight, flex and torsion profiles to increase club head speed for maximum distance while providing optimal launch conditions for superior control, consistency and feel. Aldila Serrano 75 Fairway Shaft: Premium graphite shaft designed by Aldila provides a great fitting alternative to the TFC 149 family. This shaft will generally provide the golfer with a slightly lower launch angle and spin rate compared to the TFC 149F shaft. Custo

G15 really hot
Date: October 22, 2009
This was the last of about six fairway woods I tried.
While I really liked it in the store, I loved it on the course. Both the 3 & 5 woods which I purchased are really HOT. I am almost 60-years old and I gained 15-20 yards over my old (7-8 years) clubs.
The G15 is easy to hit (forgiving), easy to get airborne, looks good when you line it up & easy to aim. All in all one of my best buys ever.
Pros: Features, Quality, Easy to Use, Good Value, Durability

I have been on the fence on what fairway wood i would put in my bag, after 40 minutes in the hitting bay with this beast I decided to buy and try. 4 rounds later, I am consistently hitting 270 off the tee with this beauty and about 250 off the deck. The ball flight is perfect and it sets up perfectly. I would recommend to anybody looking to add a little pop in their bag....well done ping!

Glad I got it

Been puttting off getting a fairway wood because I have a bit of trouble with my Driver 07 Taylormade.
WOW, I have played 3 rounds with this fairway wood and I can hit this puppy farther than my driver Aprox 220. And, It's very straight for me. I usually slice my driver pretty bad
Gonna save my pennies and ge the G15 driver next. All to compliment my G 10 Irons
