SCOTTY CAMERON PREOWNED SCOTTY CAMERON RED X

Scotty Cameron Red X Putter The Red X started out as a concept putter, code named "Cabriolet" during the initial design, and then introduced to the PGA Tour in 2004. Several Tour players immediately accepted the Red X. It averaged a count of 9 in play during most tournaments and 6 in the bag at the Masters. Most new putters take months to get in play, and usually start with one or two, slowly working up to more. The putter is developing a strong following among touring professionals and amateur players alike. What makes the Red X special is that it's the best of all worlds. It has a stainless steel body, unlike traditional aluminum, and has a stainless steel insert with an elastomer membrane behind and around the insert for great sound and feel. I have the Red X2 model from this series and it's one of, if not the best, putter I've ever used. It's got the softest feel in the world for a putter. It's a great mallet putter from Cameron. Like the Newport series, it's a responsive putter, so you know if you put a good stroke on a putt or not simply from it's feel. You'll be amazed with how smooth the ball comes off the face, even on long putts. I recommend the Red X for player's with inside to outside strokes and the Red X2 for player's with straight-back-straight-through putting strokes. BOTTOM LINE: Don't pass this putter up, worth every penny, and you'll see why!
