Snake Eyes Python Iron Head

Wrap your hands around one of the hottest new iron head introductions in custom clubmaking history. New Snake Eyes Python irons are stunningly designed and ready to improve the games of virtually any golfer. Python irons storm onto the scene with the latest technological advancements that offer true game improvement. The massive sole widths follow a reverse progression giving the No. 3 iron the widest sole (27mm). Sole widths then become gradually narrower throughout the set, yet the wedges still maintain a relatively wide sole at 24mm. The wider soles place more weight low in the head - especially the long irons - making them easier to hit with higher launch angles. A deep undercut cavity and lower-cavity weight pad keep the center of gravity low and back from the face creating extremely solid feel at impact and remarkable forgiveness. The beveled leading edge and trailing edge resist 'fat' shots. Python irons feature a finely detailed, laser-cut cavity medallion and are finished with

Looks and Hits Great
Date: November 3, 2005
I assembled these Heads with True Temper Formula One iron shafts early this year and have been extremely pleased. Not only are these one of the better looking club heads in the Snake Eyes brand but they play extremely well. The large sole widths on the 3 iron makes this one of the easiest clubs in my bag to hit with high launch angles. My friends couldn't believe the launch angles I was achieving. Very forgiving on off-center hits makes this a great iron for high and mid handicappers.

OUTSTANDING!
Date: July 15, 2009
I recently purchased the club and had it assembled at a local golfsmith store. I used a True Temper Gold R-300 shaft and Golf Pride Tour Wrap Grips..
I must say, I love it! I had a 3-iron built and just ordered it in a 5-iron. I have always feared using my long irons (3-5), but I hit this club so well that after the first time using it I have no problem pulling it out of the bag.
The quality is outstanding, it is very lightweight, it is very attractive, and hits very well. I was getting great height and distance my first time out. I was amazed, especially considering how poorly I usually hit a 3-iron. Heck, I havent even used one in a few years.
They only have 3, 4, and 5 irons left so I would go ahead and order the heads now. They are an absolute steal at under $6.00! Where else in the world can you get quality and performance like this for under $6.00?
Great product by Snake Eyes! Thank you Golfsmith!

Best I have owned
Date: August 17, 2006
I built a full set for myself ( 3 - LW ) almost two years ago and still love them. I went with Snake Eye graphite shafts and Winn grips (been replaced twice, now). This set is longer, straighter, and more forgiving than any previous sets I have owned, including Big Berthas. I've been tempted to build a new set with either the Python OS or Python Plus heads, but really can't come up with a ligitimate excuse for replacing these!!

good distance-great feel-accurate
Date: January 11, 2006
I recently assembled a set of Python irons with True Temper Snake Eyes XL90 shafts, and Golf Pride oversize grips. The improvement over my previous irons is incredible, primarily as regards accuracy, but there was also a slight improvement in distance, and a 100% better feel while swinging. I would highly recommend these irons and shafts. They preform superbly together. I also like the oversize Golfpride grips as I have large hands and a touch of arthritis.

I assembled my set (3-lw) in June, using Aldila HMV3 Regular Flex Shafts. I am hitting the ball like I did 20 years ago. The feel is solid and I hit the ball higher and longer. Would I buy these again? In a minute!!

Absolutely wonderful. Shafted with TT TX90's. Great trajectory and great distance. These irons are more forgiving than I first thought. I tend to toe hit when I get tired and the difference between a toe hit and dead centre is negligable. Each iron has a consistant feel between all of them and each one is the best looking irons looking down at address that I have ever used. Highly recommend them.

Assembled a full set of these for myself and my 17 year old son utilizing True Temper Dynamic Gold pured shafts. He used them to help his high school team set a conference record. Great feel, good looks and very forgiving. Can't go wrong with these.

I bought these clubs a year ago as my first complete set of irons. They get the ball in the air very easily and look/feel great.
