Twin triangular sole cavities increase the structural mass in the back section of the sole adding to the weight that can be housed in the ports. The Viper-W fairways come standard with matching twin anodized pink aluminum 2-gram weights in the rear for neutral flight. Heavier weights can be interchanged between the ports (sold separately) to customize ball flight. Placing a heavier weight in the heel port can help produce a draw flight pattern while placing a heavier weight in the toe side port can create a fade flight pattern. Each head is shipped with a wrench and a guide for customizing ball flight.
