I just bought 56 and 60 degree wedges to replace my old spin milled wedges. Both wedges just glide efforlessly through the sand as well as providing plenty of feedback. I was not surprised that they still 'bite' from the morning dew soaked green side rough.
I also liked the wide array of choices including the three different levels of bounce for the 56 and 60 degree wedges I picked up. It may sound odd, but get your wedges fitted. I spent about 30 minutes getting fitted for both wedges on the launch monitor. I have the tendency to take good size divots out of the turf as opposed to some player who 'sweep' their wedges. FYI. The pro recommended mid bounce wedges for me.
The spin-milled design does have a minor drawback however. Soft-covered golf balls are basically destroyed after a couple full swing approaches. The club face rips enitre chunks of the cover off of the ball, especially if you tend to highly compress the ball against the fairway. This thing will eat Pro V1s in three bites or less.
Overall, this is the best wedge on the market. Just DO NOT use these with the distance rocks at the range. I found that out the hard way with the old ones. That's the only reason I had to replace my old spin milled wedges.
